Impossible Bureau

The visual graphics on this site is really captivating. It looks pretty "normal" on the landing page, but when you go in, the page is white with a subtle 3D particle model....thing that rotates with your mouse. When you scroll to the footer as well, the color changes where ever your mouse is.

Quentin Morisseau

Another minimalist design, again with the pop of colors. The navigation is interesting, but does get a little confusing when you go deeper into the site.

Huncwot

I am really drawn towards minimalist swiss style, so this portfolio is just up my ally. What makes this interesting is when you hover over the categories, you get a bit of color and motion to really grab your attention.

Web Lounge

The subtle motions of samples coming up when you scroll down really gives this a modern feel. I also like the transition screen when you go between pages because of the simplicity and bright yellow color.

Jesse Willmon

While the style of this portfolio isn't to my taste, it does reflect the type of illustrations Jesse Willmon does.

Small Studio

This portfolio has a very interesting introduction where the viewer answers questions about what they are looking for. I especially like the balloon where you have to cut it and wonder what kind of code it took to do that.

DJNR

This is by far the most unique portfolio site I have seen so far in terms of concept and layout. Everything is over on the right, allowing a lot of space for the video. The time line for the video actually is that time bar at the bottom that goes up the side, which is such a unique way to do it. The color scheme is also pretty slick with the lime green and grey.
